Nylon cable glands are used to seal cable entry holes on outdoor electrical enclosures. They help clamp the cable, protect the cable jacket and reduce water or dust entering the box.
For export projects, the most common selection points are thread size, cable outside diameter, material, color, sealing ring, waterproof grade and packing method. Metric M thread and PG thread can both be arranged according to the customer’s drawing or existing enclosure holes.
PA66 nylon body with NBR sealing insert is suitable for many solar, CCTV, outdoor lighting, control cabinet and irrigation electrical projects. For higher requirements, flame-retardant material, UV-resistant color, longer thread or special sealing structure can be quoted separately.
When customers are not sure which size to choose, they can send cable OD, box hole diameter, application scene and quantity. We can match common sizes such as M20, M25, PG13.5 and PG21, or provide a mixed-size assortment for distributors and installers.
