Product range shown: The photograph shows representative metal and nylon enclosure vent plugs. A vent plug contains a pressure-balancing membrane and is different from a solid stopping plug.
Selection data: Confirm thread size, enclosure wall thickness, required airflow or pressure equalisation rate, installation orientation and environmental exposure.
Membrane: Airflow, water-entry protection and oil or chemical resistance depend on the model-specific membrane. Request the applicable test conditions before selection.
Installation: The panel-side gasket must contact a flat surface. Paint, burrs and an oversized hole can create a leak path around the thread even when the membrane is suitable.
