Product shown: The main image shows metal hexagonal locknuts. Nylon and stainless-steel locknuts are separate material variants and should be quoted by their own material code.
Thread match: The locknut thread form, nominal size and pitch must match the cable gland exactly. Similar outside diameters do not make PG, Metric and NPT threads interchangeable.
Panel assembly: Confirm panel thickness, available wrench clearance and whether a sealing washer, earth tag or EMC locknut is needed behind the panel.
Material: Select nickel-plated brass, stainless steel or nylon according to the gland body, corrosion exposure and grounding requirement.
